The Schoharie Central School District is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as the next Jr./Sr. High School Principal.

The successful candidate will foster a culture of high expectations, support outstanding teaching and learning, and partner with students, staff, families, and the community to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.

- Values innovation, continuous improvement, and shared leadership.
- Celebrates the strengths of a small, rural school community.
Qualifications:
- New York State School Building Leader (SBL) Certification required.
- Successful administrative leadership experience preferred.
- Secondary teaching and leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in a small, rural school district is a plus.
